I really got my money's worth at this hostel - great value for the price! The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was really nice. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to the city.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering more variety and a lower price.

Very convenient location, in a vibrant neighborhood and close to a subway station supporting two lines, and yet good price and very good atmosphere and cleanliness.

Good quality hotel for your stay. Great location for transport links. Good breakfast buffet style. Staff very helpful and polite. Department store opposite and multitude of eateries , fast food outlets etc and small supermarkets selling everything you might need for your stay and open late in the area. This hotel is great value for money I would recommend it to all.

It fitted the reputation of Best Western which we have used on several previous occasions
Would have liked to have drink making facilities in the room

Helpfulness at reception. Good breakfast
We booked this hotel because it said it had on-site parking - but it didn'T. We arrived with a classic car and wouldn't have stayed here if we had known that. The room notes said that there were tea and coffee facilities in the room, but there weren't. When I asked at reception on the second day, I was told that I could request them, but we were not told that when we booked in. Similarly, there was no mini-bar in the room

Well organized, friendly staff, no disturbancies during evening/night, rich breakfast, very good location for travel in/out of city (two u Bahn lines, two bus lines going to most of Berlin main attractions or other connections including to main airports), Karstadt shops over the street), good and diversified restaurants closed by.
Some noise from traffic on rush hours but I got used to it after the first night.

This hotel offered clean, comfortable surroundings, a good breakfast and a helpfully central location. We'd been told Hermanplatz and Hermanstrasse could be noisy or even rowdy, but it was fine.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short taxi ride from the airport. the room service was excellent and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view.
The noise level from outside, but that is to be expected in such a central location.

Friendly helpful reception personnel, excellent room service (very delicate room-maids; moreover we asked for additional chairs, pillows and had no problem;) nice (not excellent) buffet breakfast, free saunas and fitness are just across the road (in Karstadt till 11 pm), free high- speed wi-fi, very low price parking (in Karstadt underground parking for 5 euro per day), pretty comfortable room and bathroom. One more plus is the central heating that can be regulated by yourself by your own needs. Metro station (U-Bahn) is quite by the hotel that is pretty comfortable to get to any place. Various eating places and shops are in walking distance. Very reasonable price for Berlin!
There were no any strong disadvantages for us but I count some features one is to pay attention to. 1) No tea facilities in the room as it is stated in the hotel description (perhaps, one should ask for it). 2) Street traffic noise is considerable! 3) The hotel is not within the walking distance to any attractions (it takes appr. An hour to get on foot to Alexanderplatz). 4) It seems to be an Arabic area around.

Very clean tidy and well laid out room, staff were very good.Very good inclusive breakfast and very easy access to public transport system
The area the hotel is situated in is on a major junction and the traffic is very noisy.Emergency service vehicles and other vehicles sound horns all night. In the rooms facing Hermannplatz this made it difficult to sleep
